Leo Goldman

Head Coach

From a young age, Leo was immersed in the world of fitness, thanks to his father’s influence. He participated in a wide range of sports, from martial arts to football, developing a deep passion for physical activity. However, in his late teens, he faced significant knee issues that no specialist or orthopedic doctor could resolve. When doctors suggested he might have to give up sports, it ignited a determination in him to find his own solutions.

Driven by this challenge, Leo traveled the world, attending seminars led by renowned strength coaches. Through these experiences, he discovered effective ways to overcome his knee problems. This journey not only resolved his issues but also fueled his passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Leo has also attended and graduated from massage school, passing the licensing test with flying colors. With over 30 certifications accumulated over the past 14 years in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He has also served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for MSM Performance Academy, where he honed his skills in training athletes at the highest levels.

Today, Leo brings his extensive experience to the general public and athletes alike. He adopts a holistic approach to fitness, focusing on mobility, nutrition, strength balance, and supplementation. His personal journey has shaped his philosophy, emphasizing a personalized approach for each client. By assessing everything from mobility to physiology, he ensures that every individual receives tailored guidance and support.

Jenna Frankowski

Trainer

Jenna is a passionate personal trainer who began her career in 2022. Dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals through tailored and evidence-based programs. Her journey into personal training was born from an injury she sustained in 2020 that not only tested her physical limit but also sparked a profound desire to assist others in their health and wellness journey. 

From a young age, she's been immersed in the world of sports and physical activity. Her love for staying active evolved a career that allows her to share that enthusiasm with others. 

Under the guidance of her mentor, Leo, she's continuously expanded her knowledge and expertise, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and methodologies. This commitment to ongoing education ensures that she can provide her clients with the best most effective training plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Nick Andrade

Senior Coach

Nick’s journeys into fitness began at 15 years young when he started taking his sports more seriously, growing up in a baseball family. He played both baseball and football in high school but continued his baseball career at the collegiate level. After his baseball career came to an end, Nick discovered a deeper passion for training and realized he wanted to give back.

 

He started his professional journey at Lifetime Fitness, where he gained valuable experience over a year. From there, he found Anatomy Physical Fitness, where he met his mentors, Leo and Eric. They played a pivotal role in shaping his career by guiding him toward continuing education, recommending seminars, and even inspiring him to complete massage school.

 

With six years of experience as a strength coach, Nick has honed his expertise in designing client-specific training programs based on comprehensive upper and lower body assessments. His results-driven approach incorporates undulating periodization to ensure steady progress and peak performance for his clients.

 

Nick’s philosophy emphasizes a thorough approach to fitness, focusing on mobility, nutrition, strength balance, and supplementation. His personal journey has shaped his belief in tailoring programs to each individual, assessing everything from mobility to physiology to provide personalized guidance and support.

 

In addition to coaching, Nick collaborates with a trusted supplement brand to offer high-quality nutrition solutions. By combining his expertise in health and wellness with a client-first mindset, his mission is to empower others with the tools, care, and strategies they need to unlock their full potential.

Lyndsey Gutierrez

Trainer

Lyndsey's journey into fitness didn’t start with an early passion for sports or a naturally active lifestyle. In fact, growing up in the restaurant industry she developed unhealthy eating habits  and lacked confidence in her body; feeling far from the person she is today. For years, Lyndsey struggled with her weight and self-esteem, never imagining she’d one day become a personal trainer.

Her fitness journey began in college, but it wasn’t until 2020 that she truly found her passion—strength training. Still, she didn’t leap into the world of personal training right away. Instead, she spent time focusing on herself, experimenting with fitness, nutrition, and personal growth. During this period, she faced the common struggles of restrictive dieting, obsessing over the scale, and overtraining—all in the pursuit of weight loss. But this led to an important realization: true health and fitness go far beyond numbers on a scale or popular opinions about dieting.

​

In 2022, after earning her Personal Training and Nutrition Coach certifications from ISSA, Lyndsey knew she wanted to help others avoid the same pitfalls. Her mission became clear: to educate and empower people to achieve their fitness goals through sustainable, fact-based methods.

​

She was fortunate to work closely with Leo, a seasoned trainer with over 14 years of experience, who mentored her and deepened her understanding of how to truly support clients. Now, Lyndsey is dedicated to helping people break free from the mental, physical, and emotional limits that hold them back, becoming their strongest and healthiest selves in every aspect of life.

Cooper Garland

Trainer

Cooper Garland is a highly skilled and dedicated personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and martial arts instructor with a passion for helping individuals achieve peak physical performance. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and certifications as a Kilo Strength Coach, NASM PES, and Precision Nutrition Coach, Cooper combines a solid foundation of knowledge with hands-on expertise.

 

As an associate instructor in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts, Cooper brings a unique perspective to his training approach, incorporating martial arts principles to enhance athletic performance and overall fitness. He has successfully coached athletes in boxing and MMA, helping them develop the strength, agility, and mental toughness required for competition.

 

With a commitment to continuous learning and a deep understanding of strength and conditioning, Cooper creates personalized training programs designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual, whether they're looking to improve fitness, train for a sport, or enhance overall well-being.
